Terms of Service
The agreement between you and sten.wtf: what you can do with the platform, what you cannot, and what happens either way.
Last updated: August 23, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using sten.wtf you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
Use of the service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
You are responsible for your account: for keeping your credentials confidential, for enabling appropriate security on it, and for everything that happens under it. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Account ownership
You represent that you have the right to use any Minecraft or Microsoft account you add to the service.
We do not verify ownership of the accounts you choose to manage here, and we cannot. That responsibility is yours, and adding an account you have no right to is a breach of these terms as well as, potentially, of the law.
We are not a party to any transfer of account ownership between users and take no position on the validity of such a transfer.
Prohibited activities
You may not use the service for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorised purpose. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Phishing, credential harvesting, or operating any form of Phishing-as-a-Service (PhaaS).
- Facilitating recovery email drops, forwarding intercepted verification codes, or redirecting account recovery flows to unauthorised parties.
- Using our email, inbox, or alias features to receive or relay credentials, one-time passcodes, or recovery codes on behalf of third parties without legitimate authorisation.
- Adding accounts you do not own or have no authorisation to control.
- Attempting to breach, probe, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
Any use of our platform in connection with phishing or unauthorised account access will result in immediate and permanent termination without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
API usage
API access is granted for personal use and for integration into your own applications and services. You may build bots, tools, or products that use our API to serve your own users.
Prohibited: Reselling, sublicensing, or proxying raw API access to third parties. You may not give others direct access to our API endpoints, your credentials, or our WebSocket connections.
Keep your API keys secret. Requests made with your key are treated as made by you, and you remain responsible for them. Rotate a key immediately if it is exposed.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account and API access without refund.
Subscriptions and payments
Access to the platform is sold as a subscription. Pricing and duration are shown before purchase, and your entitlement runs for the period you paid for.
Payments are made in cryptocurrency and are detected by scanning the relevant network. Confirmation is not instantaneous — a payment is credited once it has confirmed on-chain.
Refunds: Because payments are made in cryptocurrency and settle irreversibly, purchases are generally non-refundable. Where we have charged you in error, or the service has failed materially on our side, contact us — we would rather resolve a genuine problem than stand behind a policy.
Sending an incorrect amount, using the wrong network, or sending an unsupported asset may result in funds that cannot be credited or recovered. Check the details shown at checkout before sending.
Wallet and balances
The platform provides a wallet for deposits, withdrawals, transfers and marketplace settlement.
This is a service feature, not a bank account. We are not a financial institution, balances are not insured or protected by any deposit guarantee scheme, and we pay no interest.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any address you provide. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: a withdrawal sent to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered by us.
Keep any recovery phrase or key you export somewhere safe and private. Anyone who has it has the funds.
We may decline or delay a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a legal obligation requires it.
AI balance and credits
AI features are metered. Usage draws first on any free credits your plan includes, and then on prepaid AI balance you have topped up.
Free credits are granted on a recurring basis, do not accumulate indefinitely, and have no cash value. Prepaid AI balance is a prepayment for usage of the service — it is not a stored-value instrument, is non-transferable, and is generally non-refundable.
Usage is charged per request against the model you select. Model availability and rates can change as upstream providers change theirs; current rates are shown in the product before you spend.
Where a charge fails to settle correctly through our error, the reservation is released or refunded.
Marketplace and trading
The marketplace lets users list and buy accounts. We provide the venue and handle settlement between wallets; we are not the seller and not a party to your trade.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of a listing and for having the right to sell what they list. Buyers are responsible for reviewing a listing before purchasing.
Statistics and valuations shown on a listing are gathered from third-party sources, may be incomplete or out of date, and are informational. They are not a guarantee of an account's condition, contents, or continued availability.
We may remove a listing, reverse or withhold a settlement, or suspend marketplace access where we identify fraud, misrepresentation, or a breach of these terms.
Trades between users settle in cryptocurrency and are final once complete.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages, and failures of third-party services we depend on — Microsoft, Discord, blockchain networks, statistics providers — can all interrupt it.
Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice.
We are not responsible for a failure caused by a third-party service outside our control.
Monitoring and enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and investigate suspected violations of these terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Enforcement is graduated: warnings may be issued for minor or first-time violations, while confirmed abuse — including but not limited to phishing, PhaaS operations, or facilitating unauthorised account recovery — will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and all associated services.
As a platform provider, we act in good faith to restrict access to material or activities we consider objectionable, consistent with protections afforded under 47 U.S.C. § 230. No advance notice or opportunity to cure is required for enforcement actions taken under this section.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sten.wtf, its operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or any allegation that your use of the service infringed or violated any third-party rights or applicable law.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of accounts, data, funds, or profits arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Where termination is for a breach of these terms, no refund is due.
On termination your right to use the service ends immediately. Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy — in particular the retention periods described there.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
Where a change is material we will give notice through the platform. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Abuse reporting
If you believe the service has been used in an abusive or unauthorised manner — phishing, credential theft, or interference with an account you own — report it to abuse@kidnap.life.
Include as much detail as you can: addresses, timestamps, account identifiers, and anything else that would help us find it. We take reports seriously and investigate promptly.
